While serving as a full-time senior executive in the corporate realm, coaching and keynote speaking have emerged as complementary facets of my professional journey. Despite not being my primary focus, I am dedicated to leverage my expertise during discretionary hours, driven by a genuine desire to support others in their professional growth and development.

I have had the privilege of working and residing in prominent international cities such as London (UK), Toulouse (France), Hamburg and Munich (Germany). Through extensive business travel and collaboration, I have engaged with diverse cultures spanning India, Thailand, Australia, the USA, and Europe, cultivating a rich and nuanced global perspective.
I have forged a versatile career, traversing various industries including communications, software marketing, and aircraft design, until my journey has led me to the forefront of the new technology landscape, where I currently spearhead multiple units focused on cutting-edge domains such as robotics, data, and artificial intelligence.
I possess a proven track record of successfully navigating diverse scenarios, progressing from a junior project manager to a senior executive/C-level leader. With a wealth of experience leading sizable teams within large corporations, playing pivotal roles as a co-founder and CTO in a non-profit organization and offering strategic guidance to startups as an advisor, my journey also extends to high-pressure performances, both as a musician in a philharmonic orchestra and as a speaker delivering impactful keynotes to sizable audiences. These experiences showcase my ability to thrive in multifaceted professional landscapes.

Viewing coaching as a paramount technique for unlocking one's complete potential, I strive to foster self-discovery and facilitate goal attainment.
One of the key aspects of my coaching methodology is a profound focus on cultivating self-awareness. Engaging in reflective conversations (which may involve some of your key stakeholders), you will get the opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of your strengths, development areas, values and aspirations. This elevated self-awareness will serve as a guiding compass, empowering you to make informed decisions that resonate with your authentic self.
My coaching approach is transformational, narrative, co-active between you and me, and always based on some values I believe are fundamental: respect, kindness, courage, humility, inspiration, empathy and consistency.
I take great pride in coaching a broad spectrum of individuals with diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences, spanning from top-level executives to recent graduates and from established corporations to innovative startups.
As a coach, integrity is paramount to me. If, during our initial interactions, it becomes apparent that my expertise may not be the best fit for your specific needs, I will transparently communicate this. SOME PERSONAL INFO
a real global citizeN ... always remembering my roots
Born in the South West of France, my childhood was marked by enriching experiences, traversing Europe with my younger brother and sister and our parents in our family van. These early travels instilled in me a profound understanding of the mutual learning that occurs among diverse individuals, emphasizing the importance of respect and kindness.
I commenced my journey in classical music at the age of six, eventually leading me to join a philharmonic orchestra. However, as I neared the completion of my studies, I made the conscious decision to conclude this chapter, redirecting my focus toward the pursuit of a career in business which is what I always wanted. I now continue to play the piano and guitar recreationally. Additionally, sports play a significant role in my life, with activities such as tennis, surfing, hiking, and a perpetual quest for conquering high summits, particularly those exceeding 6,000 meters.
I have had the privilege of residing in the UK, France, and currently, Germany. My extensive travels have taken me across numerous countries, particularly in Asia and South America, where I find joy in documenting my journeys through photography as a cherished hobby.
While I appreciate my current achievements, I acknowledge that my journey has been significantly shaped by the invaluable support of remarkable individuals. I firmly believe in the ethos that no one is too important to be nice to people, and it is incumbent upon everyone to contribute positively to society in one form or another.
