A client asked me to support him in his career transition. After a few years working for different type of businesses in small/medium size companies, he was not feeling really happy and kind of lost with what he wanted as a next step.
After a few coaching sessions, he understood better his purpose and what drives his happiness at work. Out of that we could define together what his ideal next step should be and how to target the positions that made sense.
