When people ask me what I would say to my younger self, it always gets me thinking

While I wouldn’t change a thing from my hashtag#childhood until now, there are definitely hashtag#lessons that I’ve learned along the way, coming from my hashtag#mistakes, hashtag#successes or tough hashtag#decisions I had to make.
➡️ patience and persistence pay off, especially when you know what your dreams are. Everything will make sense someday. Fight for your dreams, endlessly.
➡️ never forget that everything happens for a reason. Truly.
➡️ learn how to make data driven decisions …
➡️ … while trusting your soul and intuition! If it’s not a HELL YES, then it’s a no.
➡️ don’t be scared of changing gears if your stomach tells you something. It’s those gut feeling decisions that change your life for the better.
➡️ life is a marathon, not a sprint. Invest in what you want as a future, and dreams do really come true, privately and in business.
➡️ always be kind. Help others achieve their dreams. Invite people for coffee, lunch, dinner, even the ones you don’t know personally. Having money is great, but making other people happy is even better.
➡️ do things even if you don’t feel ready. Better trying than never starting.
➡️ it’s completely fine to not know exactly what you are doing. As long as you measure your success by how many people you help be successful, you’re on the right path.
➡️ learn, learn and learn again. From mistakes, from feedback, from books, from experiences, from diverse people. Use your environment as a mirror.
➡️ be grateful, don’t forget the ones who believed in you.
➡️ stay true to yourself. If the environment you’re in doesn’t allow you to stick to your personal values, maybe you should change the environment (which doesn’t mean that you should not adapt your behaviour to a specific setup. Core values and behaviour are two different things)
➡️ don’t compare yourself with others and instead judge yourself against where you were the year before
